HOW AND WHEN WE SHIP
One of the following methods will be used for shipping: UPS, US Postal Service, or FedEx. Cost of shipping depends on weight and destination. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Advance orders are welcome and are shipped on the day specified by the customer.

 SHIPPING POLICIES
We cannot be responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS or FedEx due to weather, mechanical error or circumstances beyond our control. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address and mode of payment are critical, and we cannot be responsible for the costs that result from errors in information that is provided to us. Please be sure to provide the appropriate suite or apartment number when necessary to ensure delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable; the customer will still be charged. If a returned package needs to be sent out a second time, the customer will incur a second shipping charge. Sorry, we are unable to ship to a post office box.
